Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product was delivered damaged
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is defective
  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery
Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • The item must not be opened (for hygiene reasons)
Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used Serum
  • Opened Zafran Beauty Cream
  • Opened Rice Beauty Cream
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Discounted or promotional items
Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refund approval will be communicated to you
  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refund will be issued via original payment method or bank transfer
