Golden Smile aims to ensure customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of skincare products, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy to ensure hygiene and product safety.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The product was delivered damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is defective
- The return request is made within 3 days of delivery
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused
- The product must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- The item must not be opened (for hygiene reasons)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used Serum
- Opened Zafran Beauty Cream
- Opened Rice Beauty Cream
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Discounted or promotional items
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refund approval will be communicated to you
- Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refund will be issued via original payment method or bank transfer
